The Consortium is the promoter of the project "Pasta of Farmers Toscani" a paste of quality durum wheat, realized - with traceability system - from wheat grown exclusively in the territory of the provinces of Siena and Arezzo, whose industrial stages (production of semolina and pasta) are entirely made in Tuscany.
