Emak points to the web with e-commerce

Renewed graphics, intuitive and personalized navigation for targets, new content and sections: these are just some of the novelties of Efco and Oleo-Mac portals. Restyling the two e-commerce sites is part of Emak's online presence enhancement project.
At the heart of the operation is the user's browsing experience: graphics and site architecture are designed to make it more and more enjoyable and content and more intuitive sites.
In the portals there are several navigation paths based on the target type identified (from hobbyists to green professionals), enabling product research to be facilitated according to specific uses (type of work to be done), the environment (wood / urban / country / house) and the type of machine use (occasional to professional).
A new Green Ideas section, which collects videos, insights, tutorials, and news, was born to meet the expectations of green enthusiasts and professional operators in search of information, updates, and tips on product usage, comparison, and performance.
Another novelty is the simplification of the order process for the purchase of machines directly from the portals, which is always through specialized retailers, able to guarantee the buyer a high level of service and after-sales service.
"We are very pleased with the upgrading of our e-commerce portals," says Cristina Ferretti, Communication & Web Manager at Emak. "A couple of years after the first launch, we felt it would be best to turn the two sites back to our users best navigation experience as well as providing them with a useful and user-friendly tool to support them in choosing the machine that best suits their needs. The next step will be the renewal of Emak corporate sites and Bertolini and Nibbi trademarks. "
