The international fair EIMA Green, held at Bologna 9 to 13 November as part of the largest exhibition of agricultural machinery EIMA, offers all kinds of technology for gardening and lawn care, but also opportunities to update training for both the public of professional maintenance staff and for the public hobbyists who are dedicated to plants and private green spaces. The Agricultural School of Monza Park, in collaboration with FederUnacoma, organized as part of EIMA Green two training courses, respectively on the theme of "Drones in agriculture and in ornamental" green and "Safe use of garden machinery." The first course, designed by the trainers of the prestigious school Monza in collaboration with Microgeo Ltd. and Dronica srl, includes three hours of lectures (10-13) and is repeated for two days, the morning of Thursday, November 10 (Room Allemande, Pad . 33/34), and on Friday afternoon, 11 (Symphony Hall, Pav. 36). The second course, also lasting three hours, is held in the afternoon of the same Thursday 10 and Friday 11 (14.30 hours - 17.30, respectively, in Harmony Hall, Pav. 36, and in the Allemande Hall, Pav. 33/34), and it is held directly by the Monza Park Agrarian School with teachers Maurizio Ferrandina and Umberto Longhi, two of the most experienced trainers in this field. The use of drones in the maintenance of the green is the new frontier in terms of maintenance of the green, especially for professionals, that through these flying machines equipped with sensors, cameras and special software, can continuously monitor the state of the vegetation and to intervene on the plants in a selective way. The course, which provides to complete the delivery of a certificate of attendance, develops various aspects, from the technical functioning of the drones to those relating to the maintenance of the same, until the regulations on the use of drones "on demand" and "remotely ". On the other hand, the safe use of the machines is an increasingly topical issue, both for professionals and for the public of fans who must be able to use the machines without being exposed to risks. Before an audience of enthusiasts but also by professional maintenance staff, the trainers of the Agricultural School of Monza Park browse through practical demonstrations, the main types of machines and equipment, stating for each the necessary features to ensure proper operation and to avoid any possible error and risk during use. The course is free, participants can register through the special section accessible from the EIMA Green site.
