The Green cities Europe Award at Parco Te

The new Parco Te in Mantua, an eight-hectare green area that frames the famous Palazzo Te, is the winner of the third edition of the "Green cities Europe Italia" award, an initiative financed by the European Commission which involves 13 countries with coordination by ENA, the European nursery association, and in Italy by ANVE.
The park wanted by the Municipality of Mantua as implementing entity and by the Ministry of Culture - Regional Secretariat for Lombardy as financier of the work was designed and built by the AG&P greenscape studio of Milan and had as its focal point the regeneration of a particularly underutilized part of the city which had little dialogue with the precious context adjacent to it.
Parco Te will therefore represent Italy at the Green Cities Award 2023, whose European winner (selected among the national winners) will be revealed in Brussels on 7 November.
