The Spanish landscape architect Fernando Caruncho, awarded the prize "For a gardening evolved", he was fascinated by Orticolario. Evidently the draft Orticolario, combining the passion for nature, art and design in a setting of beauty and elegance, can arouse strong emotions. "
In the three-day event, from September 30 to October 2, visitors Orticolario were able to discover the approximately 250 exhibitors and their "stories behind the leaves", admire the flower beds of the Villa Erba park with over 20 varieties of anemones , wind flowers, protagonists of this edition, the eight creative living spaces selected through an international competition, thanks to the curious works of art and installations by artists and designers, listen to the stories and advice of writers, scholars, gardening experts . Even children could learn about nature while having fun thanks to the numerous workshops organized for them.
