The seventh edition of Paysalia is expected in Lyon from 30 November to 2 December, the reference fair for landscape specialists: landscape architects, designers, architects, suppliers, representatives of local authorities and private companies.
The 2019 edition had welcomed 741 exhibitors and about 30,000 visitors.
In 2021, the show intends to establish itself, more than ever, as a tool at the service of operators in the supply chain, within which they will be able to meet, develop business relationships and exchange ideas between specialists.
Today, the way of conceiving and creating green spaces, both for communities and individuals, has changed and the landscape sector must be up to these new challenges. To optimally help specialists to go through this transition period and to respond to their needs and expectations, Paysalia has chosen some topical issues.
Biodiversity, which today is at the center of society's concerns, relies on plants as a living structure and as a refuge for fauna. The show accompanies specialists in this area, offering concrete solutions on treatments without pesticides, alternative management of greenery, the vegetation of urban centers and many other environmental problems.
The new markets in which to invest: the Relaunch Plan implemented in 2020 will allow to stimulate some markets related to the landscape sector, such as reforestation activities or ecological engineering. Urban agriculture, the interior landscape and the vegetation of buildings represent, beyond fashion, an aspiration of the urban population. Paysalia 2021 will analyze these trends by offering investment solutions to specialists in new markets.
Professional skills: whether it is questioning the foundations of the profession, responding to the challenges related to biodiversity or appropriating emerging innovations, the supply chain changes and with it the professions and skills related to it. Initial or continuing training, personnel selection, training of apprentices. Training and employment will be at the center of this edition of Paysalia through a space dedicated to meetings and exchanges.
Paysalia, in co-production with Unep, intends to accompany all operators on these issues, to prepare the future of the supply chain in the best possible way.
