The reopening of the Sigurtà Garden Park is scheduled for Sunday 6 March, after the winter break, for the start of the 2022 season. Over the next few weeks, the spectacular flowering of more than one million tulips is expected, making the park an excellent level international.
Monday 7 and Tuesday 8 March free admission to the Park for all women on the occasion of Women's Day. An opportunity to savor the arrival of spring in one of the most enchanting natural treasures.
In a few weeks, the 600,000 square meters of the Sigurtà Garden Park will be "invaded" by Tulipanomania, the richest tulip bloom in Italy and second in Europe thanks to more than a million bulbs.
With daffodils, muscari and hyacinths, flowering at the Sigurtà Park is among the most popular in Italy and is an unmissable event for lovers of flowers and photography.
Spring after spring, the flower beds appear completely redesigned, the result of an in-depth and constant study that guarantees a perfect color scheme, with hundreds of multicolor varieties.
From the first Sunday of March, visitors will be able to cross the entrance of the Park and thus savor the first signs of spring, which is now upon us: it will be an opportunity to see the crocuses, in bright shades of yellow or purple or in more muted colors such as 'blue, white and lilac, or discover the beauty of forsythia, a shrub with yellow-sulfur shades, which is found near the entrance to the Garden and in the woods.
And then, not to be missed: the lawns, the centuries-old trees and the many points of interest of the Park, such as the Great Turf, the Labyrinth, the Farm, the Viale delle Rose, fascinating even in this season, with the romantic view of the Castle Scaligero di Valeggio in the background.
There are different ways to visit the Second Most Beautiful Park in Europe: on foot, in an electric golf cart equipped with a special guide with satellite detection system, on board the panoramic train for a complete tour, on the electric shuttle accompanied by a guide. , finally by bicycle with your own or by renting it from the renting service inside the Park, in the standard or electric version.
