It is YouTube (and therefore the video) the king of social networks, while Facebook has yet to settle for second place, in the rating of the Italians. To say it is the results of a study conducted by We Are Social on the most active social platforms in January 2018.
Among the 34 million active users in Italy, the most used social channel is YouTube with 62% of users against 60% of Facebook.
A large margin of separation separates the two from Instagram (only 33%), which however in recent years has gained exponential users, going from 90 million in 2013 to 800 million in 2017.
