Growing vegetables in season even with little space available and even in cities: Saturday, April 8 at garden centers Viridea Rho will hold free course guided by the agronomist and Minoprio Foundation Virgilio Piatti teacher. Expert Advice can be followed even from smartphones, tablets and PCs, thanks to live streaming on Facebook.

For those who participate live, however, the course will begin at 15: the expert will provide all the practical advice for setting up a small vegetable garden on the balcony, from the choice of the containers and the most suitable substrate.
They will then browse the most suitable vegetable crops for growing in pots, indicating for each of the plantation era, the best exposure, subsequent maintenance treatment plant and harvest time. It will review both interesting species for the leaf, such as salads and herbs, both berry species, such as eggplant and tomato, or root, such as carrots and radishes.
For species easier to play, Virgilio dishes will also provide some tips on how it can be obtained from seed, and not finally miss signs of watering, fertilizing and defense fungal diseases or parasites.
