To get to know, season by season, the blooms and collections that decorate the pergola Villa gardens in Alassio, returns "A Sunday in the Garden" series of workshops for adults, children and families made on a draft Nadia Nicoletti, expert horticultural teaching.
"A Sunday in the Garden" offers guided tours to the Pergola Villa Gardens combined with a series of gardening workshops themed season during which will take place real experiments with plants and earth, flanked by manipulation paths search of fragrances and flavors. The activities are suitable for everyone and, therefore, are designed for both adults and children, and especially recommended for families. All activities will be based on observation, directed learning, the manual, the know-how and sustainability.
It starts Sunday, April 23 with "Wisteria Perfume!" To discover the variety of Wisteria grown at Villa della Pergola and their scent. It is wisteria of all kinds: white, pink, purple, blue and various shades of color. Driven by the intoxicating scent you'll discover the history of this plant, we will learn some secrets to grow successfully and will address a project using its flowers.
Other appointments with "One Sunday in the garden" will be on May 14 with "The palms, the Riviera" charms, June 11 with "The Agapanthus, i love flowers!" And 8 October with "Citrus , aromas and flavors from the garden.
